Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using myMouseMagic, you agree to these terms.

License

myMouseMagic is proprietary software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal Mac computers. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.

Description of Service

myMouseMagic is a macOS utility that makes your extra mouse buttons useful. The app requires macOS 14.0 or later and Accessibility permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall biomsoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

System Permissions

The app requires Accessibility permission to function. You grant this permission at your own discretion through macOS System Settings. The permission is used solely to intercept mouse button events.

Updates

The developer may release updates to the software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Termination

You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it. Your stored settings are located at ~/Library/Application Support/myMouseMagic/ and can be manually deleted.
